The present invention relates to a composition to measure soil toxicity using earthworm gut microbes, measuring kit using the composition, and a measuring method. According to the present invention, site-specific soil toxicity is able to quickly and accurately be measured. A slight amount of toxicity is able to be measured; the measuring method is an environmentally friendly method; and the composition includes earthworm gut microbes and fluorescent materials.
