The present invention provides a system and a method, collecting a bio signal in a bio signal inspection module of a communications device connected to a network to obtain statistical significance, and providing health information through algorithm reverification. The system includes: a bio signal analysis module which analyzes the bio signal transmitted through the communications device; a data mining module which classifies the bio data analyzed through the bio signal analyzing module and seeks the statistical significance to perform data mining; a main analysis server which includes a final analysis module comprehensively calculating a bio signal analysis result by applying an algorithm; and an algorithm module which discovers a new algorithm and updates the algorithm. |
