The present invention provides an EMI removal device. The EMI removal device comprises: a lane departure warning system (LDWS) unit determining lane departure of a vehicle and warning the vehicle; an EMI filter unit filtering an electromagnetic noise generated by the LDWS unit in accordance with a set filter value; and a control unit controlling the EMI filter unit to enable the filter value to be changed in accordance with a measurement value of the electromagnetic noise when an improvement requiring order about the electromagnetic noise is inputted from the LDWS unit.
