The present invention relates to a welding device to weld guide tubes and a measurement tube coupled to a spacer grid for a nuclear fuel skeleton, and to a welding device to assemble a nuclear fuel skeleton which forms a plurality of cells to charge fuel rods penetrated in a thickness direction of a frame; and an insertion hole for the measurement tube in the frame having a plate shape, spot welding the guide tubes for output control rods, and the measurement tube to measure symmetrically an in-furnace state on the spacer grid forming the insertion holes for four guide tubes on both upper and lower sides from the insertion hole for the measurement tube. The present invention comprises: a welding gun including a body unit, a first holder and a second holder making electrodes, extended from one side of the body unit and provided on a tip end, face each other respectively and a driving unit to adjust a distance between the electrodes provided in the body unit; and a robot connected to the welding gun having a rotational joint to vertically reverse the welding gun, wherein the first holder includes a tilt unit where an extension direction from the body unit is bent, a distance (M) between the guide tubes is greater than a horizontal thickness (T) of the tilt unit, the second holder includes a step unit with a height difference, and the shortest distance (S) between the step unit and the tilt unit is greater than a diameter (D) of a cross section of the guide tube, thus being capable of welding the adjacent guide tubes or the measurement tube even if a previously welded guide tube exists. |
