A variable valve lift apparatus comprising an outer body (10) selectively making a lever motion according to rotation of a cam, a first inner body (20) disposed in a first inside space (12) of the outer body (10), a second inner body (30) disposed in a second inside space (13) of the outer body (10), a connecting shaft (40) disposed to penetrate the one end (14) of the outer body (10), the one end (22) of the first inner body (20), and the one end (32) of the second inner body (30) and connect the outer body (10) with the first (20) and second (30) inner bodies, a first lost motion spring (50) to return the first inner body (20) relatively rotated with the outer body (10) around the connecting shaft (40), and a second lost motion spring (51) to return the second inner body (30) relatively rotated with the outer body (10) around the connecting shaft (40) . |
