The present invention relates to an active compensation device to compensate for a processing position in accordance with chatter reduction and heat deformation in a structure generated in industrial machines, structures, or the like and, more specifically, to a heat and chatter integrated active compensation device which integrates an MR actuator for chatter reduction and a magnetostrictive actuator for heat deformation compensation. According to the present invention, the active compensation device comprises: a body in which a receiving space is formed; an MR actuator provided to the inner side of the receiving space and of which a damping force is changed according to a change in viscosity of an MR fluid; and a magnetostrictive actuator provided to the outer side of the receiving space and including a magnetostrictive element of which length displacement occurs due to a magnetic force.
