collecting vibratory motion data at one or more of a plurality of locations within the region of interest (ROI) using an electromagnetic sensor for sensing vibratory motion; extracting one or more of a cardiac vibratory motion data or a respiratory vibratory motion data from the collected vibratory motion data to obtain residual vibratory motion data at the one or more of the plurality of locations; and generating a geometric data set of the ROI based on the residual vibratory motion data. |
