The present invention relates to a card information transaction system including an encoding server and a decoding server which are separately arranged from a card terminal. The encoding server generates a security connection key value which hierarchically accesses two or more pieces of card information in a card, and performs a function transmitting the security connection key value to the card terminal. The encoding server decodes the encoded card information received from the card terminal; and transmits the card information to a payment company server or a card company server for transaction approval. The present invention cannot expose the card information in the card terminal.
