Disclosed are a system for building an application for providing a marketing service and a method for providing a marketing service for small businesses, wherein various marketing services can be provided based on a cloud computing environment. The system for building an application comprises: an application server for storing product information, store information and service programs necessary to provide a marketing service to a small business owner in a specific region, and building a marketing app by using the stored information; a first mobile terminal possessed by at least one small business owner who uploads product information and store information for marketing to the application server; and a second mobile terminal possessed by at least one user who downloads the built marketing app from the application server. |
