The present invention relates to a polyvinyl chloride composition having high heat resistance and a cable comprising an insulation layer formed therefrom and, more specifically, to a polyvinyl chloride composition which simultaneously improves wear resistance and cold resistance which are a conflict relation, and to a cable comprising an insulation layer formed therefrom. In addition, the polyvinyl chloride composition (PVC) having high heat resistance forms an insulation layer of a cable for vehicles requiring long-term heat resistance and short-term heat resistance. |
