PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a battery appropriately depending on whether the battery is under the condition of being easily charged or discharged.SOLUTION: In a vehicle including a generator (20) and a secondary battery (30) capable of storing power from the generator, when a power storage ratio of the secondary battery is decreased to a first threshold or lower, a charge control apparatus (100) sets an upper limit value of a generation voltage of a generator at time other than the time of deceleration of the vehicle higher than an upper limit value of the generation voltage that is set at time other than the time of deceleration of the vehicle when the power storage ratio is higher than a second threshold, until the power storage ratio is increased to the second threshold being higher than the first threshold. The aforementioned charge control apparatus includes change means (101) for changing the second threshold so that the second threshold comes close to the first threshold, in a case where a charge-discharge tendency of the secondary battery is in a charge tendency on the basis of past data related to the power storage ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
