PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a plurality of AD conversion parts increase in circuit area since a conventional imaging device is provided with a column output switching part for each of a plurality of column AD circuits so as to suppress a decrease in picture quality.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a technique such that a selection part is provided which selects a bit memory for holding a signal of a first bit of a digital signal out of a plurality of bit memories in common among respective memory parts of a plurality of AD conversion parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
