PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell of high photoelectric conversion efficiency, which has a light transmitting conductive film high in transparency and conductivity and excellent in an optical confinement effect.SOLUTION: A thin film solar cell 1 of the present invention includes: a light transmitting substrate 2; a first light transmitting conductive film 3 formed on the light transmitting substrate 2; a second light transmitting conductive film 4 formed on the first light transmitting conductive film 3; a photoelectric conversion layer 5 formed on the second light transmitting conductive film 4; and a rear surface electrode 6 formed on the photoelectric conversion layer 5. The first light transmitting conductive film 3 contains ZnO as a main component. The second light transmitting conductive film 4 has an opening and an irregular structure, and contains ZnMgO (where, x represents 0.05-0.45) as a main component. In addition, the first light transmitting conductive film 3 and the photoelectric conversion layer 5 are in contact to each other via the opening of the second light transmitting conductive film 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
