PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic fluid circuit capable of maintaining a hydraulic fluid temperature at a prescribed temperature regardless of an outside air temperature, and a hydraulic working machine equipped with the hydraulic fluid circuit and capable of rapidly starting operation.SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit 10 of a hydraulic working machine includes first circulation piping L10 forming a first circulation oil passage through which hydraulic fluid circulates. A hydraulic fluid tank 12, and a hydraulic apparatus driving section 14 for driving a hydraulic apparatus driven by the hydraulic fluid are arranged on the first circulation piping L10. A heat storage section 11 having a heat storage body is arranged on branch piping L13 branched from the first circulation piping L10. An oil passage of the hydraulic fluid is switched between an oil passage running through the branch piping L13 and an oil passage L12 not running through the branch piping 13 by switching sections V1 and V2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
