The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of parts comprising the steps of: preparing a circular substrate including a plurality of modules connected to each other; arranging the circular substrate into a jig for processing; separating the modules by cutting the circular substrate using a cutting tool; arranging a tray on the jig for processing in order to cover the modules; and separating the tray, the modules, and a guide for purging from the jig for processing after arranging the guide for purging between a lower portion of the modules and the jig for processing. |
