PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor with high quality and high accuracy, which can withstand high-speed and high-acceleration/deceleration drive.SOLUTION: A linear motor of the present invention includes a pipe that longitudinally houses a plurality of magnets in the state of stacking them, and a coil that is arranged in such a manner as to wrap the pipe.
