PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an olmesartan medoxomil-containing film coating formulation in which the unpleasant odor derived from a drug substance is inhibited.SOLUTION: The invention provides a film coating formulation containing olmesartan medoxomil in a formulation granule and containing an organic base of natural origin in a film layer, wherein the weight ratio of olmesartan medoxomil and the organic base in the film layer is 1 versus 0.001-1.
