The present invention provides a cap for a drying device which has an improved waterproof function, and a drying device and a bidet including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cap for a drying device comprises: a body unit having at least an air injection hole and a hinge connection unit installed to protrude; and a cover unit including a rotation shaft connected to the hinge connection unit to rotate by a hinge, and a cover controlling an opening and a closing of the air injection hole as the rotation shaft rotates, wherein the cover is extended from the rotation shaft. The hinge connection unit comprises: a rotation shaft insertion unit in which the rotation shaft is inserted; and a protrusion protruding from the body unit to face at least a part of the outer surface of the rotation shaft.
