PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for allowing a user to easily confirm the detail of a document of a similar format, to be approved.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus divides scan data formed of a plurality of images by a predetermined number of images, and stores them in multiple pieces of image data, in association with a job, receives an instruction for a zooming area with respect to the job, to be stored in association with the job, receives an instruction for approval or denial concerning the image data, determines whether the zooming area of the image data has been enlarged or not, and transmits an approval result including approval information, to a server, so that the server performs processing on the approval, when the instruction for approval is received and a determination is made that the zooming area has been enlarged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
