According to a motor operated valve of a stepping motor driving method, position decision precision of a stator is improved by a simple configuration. A control valve (1) comprises: a shaft (60) to deliver driving force to a valve body (34); a stopper tool to regulate the amount of rotation of the shaft (60); and a can (35) which includes a rotor (31) and on the other hand, has a stator coil (33) inserted at an outer side in a coaxial type. Position relation of a rotation direction between the stator coil (33) and the rotor (31) when the shaft (60) is stopped by operation of the stopper tool is set as a reference position where each magnetic pole faces at the front. The rotor (31) is prepared to be stopped at the reference position by arrangement configuration of the stopper tool. The position of the stator coil as to a body (5) is determined by position relation between a fitting portion prepared on an installation plane of the body (5) and an insertion part as to the can (35). Also, the magnetic poles of the stator coil (33) and the rotor (31) face at the front each other at the reference position. |
