Disclosed is a hydrogen water purifier including a hydrogen water generation module, a pipe line, and a control unit. The hydrogen water generation module is provided with: a hydrogen generation unit including a solid polymer electrolyte as a separation membrane and generating hydrogen after electrolysis of purified water; a gas-liquid mixing unit generating hydrogen reduced water by mixing the purified water purified by a filtering unit with the hydrogen generated by the hydrogen generation unit; and a reverse osmosis membrane unit purifying part of the purified water purified by the filtering unit into pure water and supplying the pure water to the hydrogen generation unit side. The pipe line is selectively operated in either a hydrogen reduced water supply mode or a hydrogen reduced water circulation mode, wherein the supply mode is to discharge and supply the hydrogen reduced water to the outside based on selective opening and closing of a hydrogen reduced water-extracting solenoid valve and a hydrogen reduced water-recovering solenoid valve, and the circulation mode is for hydrogen reduced water circulation for re-passage through the hydrogen generation unit. The control unit variably adjusts a hydrogen concentration of the hydrogen reduced water by controlling the hydrogen reduced water-extracting solenoid valve and the hydrogen reduced water-recovering solenoid valve. The hydrogen generation unit has a cooling unit and the cooling unit is provided with a circulation flow path so that heat generated during the electrolysis is released. Cooling water which is provided for the circulation flow path of the cooling unit is supplied from the gas-liquid mixing unit side.
