PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound covering sheet which uses an inexpensive material and is effective in the treatment of a wound of a bedsore and the like.SOLUTION: A wound covering sheet includes: a porous film which touches a wound; a water-absorbing sheet which absorbs an exudate from the wound; and a waterproof film which prevents the exudate absorbed into the water-absorbing sheet from being leaked to the outside. The wound covering sheet has the structure in which the three layers of the porous film to be the undermost layer, the water-absorbing sheet, and the waterproof film are piled up in this order. The porous film is made by mixing a foaming agent in a melted resin to generate air bubbles and bursting the air bubbles generated in the melted resin in the process of making a sheet-like film from the melted resin. Therefore, a plurality of longitudinally long holes are randomly formed in the porous film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
