Provided is a wire harness with which it is possible to reliably isolate a leak path after an endurance test, and possible to exert favorable waterproofing performance over the long term. A covering material 3 of a plurality of insulated wires is partially removed from each wire. Exposed conductors 2 are joined together to form a splice section 20. Exposed conductor sections 5 composed of bundles of exposed conductors of the plurality of insulated wires, including the splice section, and outer peripheral surfaces of respective covering material ends of the insulated wires 4 adjacent to the exposed conductor sections are continuously covered by a waterproofing agent 40, thereby achieving a waterproof structure in which the exposed conductor sections 5 are sealed in. A reactive-type adhesive having a gel fraction within a range of 20 to 70% is used as the waterproofing agent 40, to form a wire harness 1.
