An electronic cigarette atomization sleeve fitting apparatus, comprising: a material guide tube (21), a sensor (22), a material position limiting mechanism (23), a material fitting mechanism (24) and a controller. The material guide tube (21) is vertically disposed above columnar cotton and opposite to the columnar cotton, and a first hole (211) and a second hole (212) communicated with the inner cavity of the material guide tube (21) are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the material guide tube (21). The sensor (22) is disposed opposite to the first hole (211). The material position limiting mechanism (23) is disposed on one side of the material guide tube (21), used for stopping an atomization sleeve after the atomization sleeve extends a preset length from an outlet of the material guide tube (21) and unstopping the atomization sleeve after the material fitting mechanism (24) clamps the atomization sleeve, and used for, when the atomization sleeve at the outlet is taken away, preventing an atomization sleeve at the position of the second hole (212) from moving toward the outlet of the material guide tube (21). The material fitting mechanism (24) is used for clamping the atomization sleeve from the outlet and fitting the atomization sleeve on the columnar cotton. The electronic cigarette atomization sleeve fitting apparatus is used for fitting an atomization sleeve on columnar cotton, thereby improving working efficiency. |
