PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried seasoning for salad as a dried seasoning used by sprinkling on fresh vegetables, capable of seasoning whole salad with good balance without spoiling the crispy texture of fresh vegetables when sprinkling on fresh vegetables, and salad using the same.SOLUTION: A dried seasoning for salad contains a dried granular material having an aperture of 1 mm mesh-on (JIS standard, 16 mesh) and a major axis of 30 mm or less, and seasoning powder having 0.5 mm mesh pass (JIS standard, 30 mesh). The dried seasoning for salad is such that: the contents of the dried granular material and the seasoning powder are 5%-40% and 60%-95%, respectively, based on the dried seasoning for salad; and an osmotic pressure of 5% aqueous solution of the seasoning powder is 0.3 mOsmol-0.5 mOsmol. Salad as salad using the dried seasoning for salad is obtained by using 1 g-10 g of the dried seasoning for salad per 100 g of fresh vegetables.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
