PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a tooth-shaped part capable of improving productivity in the tooth-shaped part having two tooth shapes different in an outer diameter, and capable of simplifying a manufacturing facility.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of this tooth-shaped part comprises a process of forming a first outer peripheral gear part 11 having a first outer diameter D1 in an outer peripheral part 15 of a work 1 by drawing processing the work 1 and a process of forming a second outer peripheral gear part 12 having a second outer diameter D2 smaller than the first outer diameter D1 in a position different in the axial direction from the first outer peripheral gear part 11 of the work 1 by processing by pushing out an inside part in the radial direction of the work 1 in the axial direction of the work 1 more than the first outer peripheral gear part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
