Said device includes: - at least one light-emitting diode (16), emitting light beams; - an optical system (20) for shaping light beams; and - a light diffuser (22), receiving the shaped light beams and characterized in that said diffuser also comprises a heat sink (18) formed of at least two parts including a base plate (50) and at least one strip (52) that is attached onto said base plate.
