The present invention relates to a bio gas production system using organic wastes generated in a slaughter facility and an energy self-sufficient and advanced livestock system. According to the present invention, the organic wastes including animal blood, in-body animal excreta, livestock byproduct, and sludge generated in a slaughter facility are decomposed by an anaerobic digestion method for bio gas generation and the generated bio gas is utilized in a continuous manner for utilization in a slaughter system. Accordingly, energy efficiency can be improved by the establishment of an energy self-sufficient livestock system, and costs can be reduced and economic efficiency can be improved with organic waste treatment problems associated with a slaughter facility dealt with. Hence, slaughter ensuring animal welfare can be performed and the quality and competitiveness of livestock products can be improved in the long term. |
