The present invention relates to an optical multilayer film and, more specifically, relates to an optical multilayer film which forms a protective layer on one side surface of a base layer. The protective layer of the optical multilayer film solves a problem caused by an occurrence or curls to maintain excellent degree of uniform thickness and blocking resistance, and the optical multilayer film may be used in communication and electronic equipment such as a display, a touch panel, a solar cell, or the like.
