摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition which is excellent in fire-through property and which enables the formation of an electrode excellent in adhesion with a substrate and bondability therewith.SOLUTION: A conductive composition for forming an electrode for a solar battery is provided according to the present invention. The conductive composition comprises: conductive powder; glass frit; and a vehicle. As to the glass frit, the total content of the following principal components, namely PbO accounting for 1-20 mol%, TeOaccounting for 35-90 mol%, BiOaccounting for 0.1-10 mol%, LiO accounting for 0.1-30 mol%, ZnO accounting for 0-30 mol%, Mg accounting for 0-20 mol%, and WOaccounting for 0-30 mol% is 95 mol% or more of the whole glass frit, according to a composition in terms of oxide. In addition, ZnO, MgO and WOare included in the principal components at a rate of 5-40 mol% in total.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
