PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baculovirus expression system for expressing multiple recombinant proteins (namely non-baculovirus proteins) efficiently from a single baculovirus genome that is genetically stable and has a limited number of recombination.SOLUTION: There is provided a transfer vector comprising an expression cassette and a neighboring sequence, in which the sequence is selected from the gene loci of ctx, egt, 39k, orf51, gp37, iap2 and odv-e56 within the baculovirus sequence; there is also provided a recombinant bacmid and a recombinant baculovirus prepared from the transfer vector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
