The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an electromagnetic actuator for vibration isolation which has a novel structure, is capable of controlling operations in an even higher frequency range, and is capable of achieving a sufficiently large generated force; and an active fluid-sealed vibration isolation device and an active damping device which have novel structures and use said actuator. This electromagnetic actuator (10) for vibration isolation is configured such that: a mover (70) provided with a structure in which a permanent magnet (104) and inner yokes (106, 108) are superposed on each other is inserted into a cylindrical stator (68) provided with a structure in which outer yokes (76) are attached to coils (74); and the mover (70) is relatively displaced in the axial direction with respect to the stator (68) by passing a current through the coils (74). Outer peripheral ends of the inner yokes (106, 108) are configured as thick sections (112) each having a large axial-direction dimension. Lightening holes (110) are provided in inner peripheral sections of the inner yokes (106, 108). The axial-direction dimensions of the inner yokes (106, 108) are smaller in the sections where the lightening holes (110) are formed than in the thick sections (112).
