PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the limitation of the maximum voltage of a voltage source properly.SOLUTION: A voltage clamp circuit 200 controls whether or not to be clamped by change in polarity of a voltage control current source I. During being clamped, a control loop secures safety by forming roll-off of a simple pole in loop gain using a first capacitor Cof an output part, and during not being clamped, the control loop secures the safety by setting a clamp voltage so as to generate roll-off using a second capacitor Cof the clamp circuit 200. When not clamped even during being clamped, the clamp circuit 200 is operated linearly. As a result, response at a high speed is made possible when clamping is required.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
