The present invention provides an electrophotographic photoreceptor, a cartridge, and an image forming apparatus, wherein the electrical potential change following strong light exposure of the photoreceptor is suppressed and wherein the mechanical properties of filming and wear resistance are improved. The present invention relates to an electrophotographic photoreceptor that comprises an electric charge generating layer on a conductive substrate, and an electric charge transport layer having a film thickness of 15-40 µm, the electrophotographic photoreceptor being characterized in that the electric charge transport layer is an outermost layer and the electric charge transport layer comprises an inorganic filler and a hydrocarbon compound represented by formula (I). |
