<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refillable container having a large spout formed without using an additional member such as a plug, preventing displacement of a bent part, and allowing easy and reliable opening of the spout even when the displacement occurs. <P>SOLUTION: One laminate having a base material and a sealant layer is bent to form a bent part 6, a body front surface laminate 2, and a body back surface laminate 3. A spouting nozzle for spouting the contents is formed by using the bent part 6 and a spouting nozzle sealing part 24. The spout 31 is formed by holding an opening tab 34, which is arranged in the spouting nozzle sealing part 24 and formed to be separated by an open cut line 35, and cutting it along a scheduled line 36. Easy-cut treatment 33 forming a plurality of perforated lines parallel to the scheduled line 36 is performed on the open planned line 36. One half-cut line 7, which connects the tips of the plurality of perforated lines formed on the body front surface laminate 2 and the body back surface laminate 3, is formed along the ridge line of the bent part 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
