PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert molding apparatus which can integrally mold a resin material to a metal member without causing partial hardening and deterioration of a resin.SOLUTION: An insert molding apparatus 1 includes: a metal mold 10 which is formed with a cavity C arranged with a metal member M1; an ejection unit 40 which injects a molten resin into the cavity C; an electrode 21 which be electrically conducted to the metal member M1; an insulator 13 which insulates the metal mold 10 and the electrode 21 from each other; a power source 31 which supplies electric current to the electrode 21; a temperature sensor 50 which detects the temperature of the metal member M1; and a control unit 60 which controls the power source 31 so as to actuate the power source 31 when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 50 is equal to or lower than a preset temperature Ts, and so as to stop the power source 31 when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 50 exceeds the preset temperature Ts. |
