<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated panel, in which a reinforcement material hardly comes off from a core material, even when an arbitrary reinforcement board is housed in the core material. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated panel (1), in which at least one surface of a core material (5) is covered with another member (front wall 2 or back wall 3), includes a retaining part (51) formed by deforming the core material (5).
