Novelty: a plastic fixing channel with or without perforations (1,2) is disclosed. Purpose: to fix items (tubes, cables etc) which items should be arranged and fixed following a precise path on the ground or walls. Technical features and properties: compared to existing metal fixing channels, the invented one is made of thermoplastic material. It is safe in use because - when cut out at the desired size- it is free of sharp edges that could cause minor injuries to the user and the insulation of the cables and so damage to the electric installation, it is exempt from erosion and oxidation, it presents great resistance to infrared solar radiation, it prevents flame expansion because it is made of self-extinguished material and it has low weight for easy transport and storage. |
