PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a temporary slab in a cast for a long period of time within practical time while satisfying various constraint conditions related to casting.SOLUTION: A data read unit 11 reads information on a temporary slab to be produced into a slab to correspond to an order of cast organization targets, a steel grade selection unit 12 selects a steel grade having a high priority in temporary slab production, a cast creation unit 13 creates a cast for the steel type satisfying constraint conditions for the selected steel grade, and a cast connection unit 14 connects the cast created for the steel grade having the high production priority to a cast for the other steel grade connectable to the former steel grade while satisfying the constraint conditions. |
