The present invention relates to a hinge device which keeps a fixed state in an ordinary time, and rotates only when a button is pressed by manufacturing the hinge device in a single module. The hinge device comprises: a first body which includes a shaft formed in a disc shape to be projected out and extended toward a center of one side, and first clutches formed in a radial shape at intervals on an outer edge from which the shaft is projected; a button member formed by forming a disc-shaped push part on one side, including a post projected out at a longitudinal distance on the center of an other side to be mounted on an opposite side to the side mounting the shaft of the first body; a clutch penetrated on the center by the shaft, pressing a compressive coil spring depending on the push of the button member by a second clutch engaging with the first clutch and the compressive coil spring closely attaching one side to the other side, and has an outer appearance of an oval cross section; and a second body formed in a disc shape to be penetrated on the center by the shaft, including an oval cross section clutch receiving groove formed on one side and corresponding to an outer appearance of the clutch, buffer washers inserted by the penetrating shaft, and a fixing bolt combined with the shaft penetrating the buffer washers. |
