The invention relates to a method providing influence on the bulk volume of a grab with a lifting mechanism containing a two-motor drive (a locking device and a holding device). According to the invention, in the process of the grab closing, an adjustable boundary is set for the holding device force moment that exceeds the value of the moment required for tensioning of holding cables only, and the holding device force moment value is set as required for grab closing. Efficiency of reloading process of a grab designed for full load is improved by virtue of management technology only, while planned reloading volumes are complied with, in particular, in hoisting mechanisms considering the load-dependent carrying capacity curves. |
