According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is an electronic chip component with high permeability and high temperature characteristics, comprising: a main magnetic body including ferrite; and a coil unit including conductive patterns arranged inside the main magnetic body. The ferrite contains Fe, Ni, Zn and Cu. The ferrite consists of 48-50 mol% of Fe converted into Fe2O3, 8-12 mole% of Ni converted into NiO, 28-31 mol% of Zn converted into ZnO and 7-13 mole% of Cu converted into CuO.
