The present invention relates to a method for producing a soap by using kelp. The method comprises the steps of: (1) extracting kelp by using water; (2) mixing an extract obtained from step (1) with sugar and persimmon vinegar; (3) producing a kelp enzyme powder by aging a mixture obtained from step (2) at 10 to 40°C for 12 to 48 hours and by drying the same; (4) mixing and heating the kelp enzyme powder with a kelp powder, a seaweed powder, a soap base, and a vegetable surfactant; (5) producing a soap by cooling a mixture obtained from step (4); and (6) applying far-infrared rays to the soap. A soap produced according to the method of the present invention exhibits an excellent effect in preventing hair loss by means of a kelp enzyme powder and has excellent storage stability, so the soap may be usefully used as a functional soap for preventing hair loss. |
