According to an embodiment, a device to inspect the tension of a film includes: a support part fixing a film; a light source part placed on the support part to emit light to the film; a transparent plate placed between the light source part and the film, and of which pattern is formed on a surface; and an image collecting part collecting an image of the pattern reflected on the film. The present invention is capable of preventing damage and pollution, caused by foreign substances, by inspecting a tensile state of a donor film without contact.
