The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an inorganic deodorant for removing offensive odor and to an inorganic deodorant for removing offensive odor manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing the inorganic deodorant for removing offensive odor according to the present invention comprises the following steps: preparing an activated carbon powder; mixing the activated carbon powder and an acid solution; manufacturing particles of the activated carbon powder; forming deposited particles of the activated powder and manganes dioxide; impregnating the deposit in transition metal and oxide; and manufacturing an inorganic deodorant. The inorganic deodorant according to the present invention by the composition effectively removes offensive odor generated from an irritant gas-phase material, while reducing the manufacturing costs compared with an existing deodorant.
