The invention relates to communication and telecommunication facilities, radioelectronic and optoelectronic systems, radioelectronic equipment. A mobile complex comprises a chassis with a frame 1, whereto an apparatus module 2, a power supply unit 3, outriggers 4, a mast 5 with a drive 6 for its lifting/lowering are fixed, the mast 5 being fixed to the frame 1 using a support post 7, on the upper end of which a horizontal frame 8 for tensioning the ties 9 is rigidly fixed, the corners of the horizontal frame 8 are connected to the support post 7 by hollow radial beams 10. Rods 11 are placed inside the beams 10, and bypass blocks 12 are mounted on outside ends of the rods 11. On two opposite sides of the post 7, two cross-shaped frames 13 are arranged with a possibility of free move in the vertical plane and are linked pivotably by means of levels 15, 18 with the rods 11 and the mast 5. The ties 9 are linked rigidly at one end to the mast flange 23, and at the opposite end to drives 24 through respective bypass blocks 12. The design of the mobile complex for arrangement of radioelectronic facilities according to the invention has the deployment time no more than 10 min, the weight of equipment lifted is up to 150 kg, the lifting height is 18 m.
