The present invention relates to a preparing method of a solid alcohol fuel. More specifically, the preparing method comprises the following steps: putting acrylic acid and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose into a first stirrer, and mixing the same; putting alcohol into the first stirrer in which the acrylic acid and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose are mixed, and mixing the same; putting fatty acid into the first stirrer in which the alcohol is mixed, and mixing the same; putting water and sodium hydroxide into a second stirrer, and mixing the same; putting alcohol to the second stirrer in which the water and sodium hydroxide are mixed, and mixing the same; heating each of the first stirrer and the second stirrer in an indirect heat transfer manner such that the mixtures in the stirrers are at 50 to 55°C; filling the mixture in the first stirrer and the mixture in the second stirrer into a container; and cooling the container in which the mixtures are filled. According to the present invention, the prepared solid alcohol fuel has high combustion stability and low possibility of generation of toxic gas, and has high stability of storage and use. In addition, the solid alcohol fuel can provide thermal power for an emergency during an event or training at home, office, outdoors, or the like. |
