PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine authenticity of a medium with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: An authenticity determination device 10 includes a separation part 14, analysis part 16b, and determination part. The authenticity determination device 10 determines an image formed with a mixed toner including a plurality of types of toner at a predetermined mixing ratio to be authentic. The separation part 14 separates at least a part of a toner constituting an image from a medium having the image formed with the toner. The analysis part 16b analyzes the toner separated by the separation part 14 to determine a value indicating a mixing ratio of a plurality of types of toner in the separated toner. The determination part determines whether or not the image is authentic or determine the possibility that the image is authentic on the basis of the degree of a difference between the value determined by the analysis part 16b and a predetermined reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
