PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic EL display device, capable of suppressing an increase in the number of defective pixels with the lapse of time.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an organic EL display device includes the steps of: forming an organic electroluminescent (EL) element 1 which comprises a lower electrode 11, an organic layer 30 including a light-emitting layer 13, and an upper electrode 16; and applying a reverse bias voltage between the lower electrode and the upper electrode after the formation of the organic EL element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
