PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a name identification program that prevents an unauthorized transaction by an unauthorized service user.SOLUTION: A name identification program comprises a member store server 50 that transmits transaction data including name information, address information, a telephone number, and an email address, and a headquarters examination server 150 including a customer data DB, and performs transactions using an electronic communication line. The headquarters examination server 150 includes: a reception step of receiving transaction data transmitted by the member store server 50; and a normalization step of normalizing the address information and storing at least four types of normalized addresses in the customer data DB.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
